Our aerodynamic wings generate downforce on the front axle, resulting in increased tire grip and more precise vehicle handling. This increase in downforce improves stability both in a straight line and in corners, while also ensuring superior braking effectiveness.

Our wings are among the only ones on the market designed to be installed without any modifications to the motorcycle. Their strong point is the direct attachment to the original factory holes, eliminating the need to drill or alter the fairing. Inside the package, you will find everything you need for a simple and immediate assembly.

Our wings are manufactured using high-precision FDM 3D printing technology, ensuring extremely accurate dimensional tolerances. We use high-quality materials such as aeronautical ASA, ABS, and CARBON REINFORCED ABS, chosen for their excellent chemical-physical properties: high resistance to weathering, UV rays, and aerodynamic stress.

To ensure maximum robustness, the wings are not produced in a single block, but in two halves. This allows us to integrate two AISI 304 stainless steel metallic reinforcements inside them, further increasing safety and mechanical strength. The two parts are then assembled with high-strength two-component adhesives.

After painting, the joint line is completely invisible, offering an impeccable aesthetic with a strong visual impact.

Our design is inspired by aeronautical aerodynamic principles: optimized airfoil profiles, variable thicknesses, precisely studied curvatures, calibrated angles of attack, and "winglet" shapes designed to minimize drag and maximize downforce on the front, while avoiding excessive braking forces or unwanted turbulence. Each project is validated through CFD aerodynamic simulations, which confirm its effectiveness in real driving conditions.

Our wings also originate from an advanced reverse engineering process: starting from a 3D scan of the vehicle, we use professional software like SolidWorks to study and develop a component that combines high performance and aesthetic harmony. This way, the wing does not appear as an added element, but as an integral and natural part of the motorcycle's lines.
