Raw ABS
It is produced using industrial FDM 3D printing technology, utilizing the highest quality ABS spools, meticulously selected after numerous load cell resistance tests and field trials. Furthermore, this material ensures long-term durability, maintaining its characteristics even in the presence of atmospheric agents and UV rays.
It guarantees high resistance to breakage and aerodynamic stress. Thanks to top-quality 3D printing, there are no design constraints: every shape and every edge, carefully conceived and designed, can be faithfully reproduced by our machines with a precision of up to 5 µm (micrometers).
Being a plastic material, it has lower rigidity compared to other materials; this results in a slight flex at maximum speeds, due to aerodynamic stress, with a consequent minimal loss of performance in terms of downforce.
Furthermore, the final aesthetic finish may have some small defects or slight burrs resulting from the production process. This version is offered precisely to contain costs and offer the customer the most economical solution possible.
The product is made in two halves, joined by two inserts (in ABS or metal) that ensure structural rigidity and adequate hold. The joint line completely disappears during puttying and painting in the painted version, while it remains visible in the raw version.
Note: the raw ABS version can also be painted later by the customer. It is advisable to consult an expert body shop and avoid heating the wing above 50–60 °C, to prevent possible deformations.

Painted ABS
The base is 3D printed using high-quality ABS material (see raw ABS characteristics). It is then processed, sanded, filled, and painted by our qualified body shop technician, using top-quality products and paints specifically for automotive use.
Impeccable aesthetic finish, without smudges or defects, available in any color with a glossy or matte effect.
Furthermore, like the raw ABS version, it guarantees high resistance to breakage and aerodynamic stress. Carbon
This is real carbon fiber: we use the highest quality weaves, preferring Twill or Plain weaves for our wings, with a glossy or matte finish depending on your preference.
Our full carbon wings are produced entirely in Italy, thanks to the craftsmanship of our highly skilled carpenter.
Each piece is made with three layers of carbon weaves of different weights to ensure maximum solidity. There is no empty space inside, which could reduce its resistance; instead, a lightweight, 3D-printed honeycomb structure is inserted, which gives the component excellent resistance to torsion and bending due to aerodynamic stresses.
